Fan control doesn't work on the Acer Nitro laptop.

I have tried all the methods possible from the internet even though I'm new to linux and idk what I'm doing. I can't get my fans to work or at least be able to put them on tubro mode for gaming. I'm honestly at a point where I feel like giving up. Pls help
