Registrar domain stuck on nameserver propagation

I purchased a domain (kinote.app) through Cloudflare Registrar, but it's been stuck at "Waiting for your registrar to propagate your new nameservers" for over 24 hours.
The assigned nameservers are skip.ns.cloudflare.com and tiffany.ns.cloudflare.com, but when I try to configure them, I get "invalid nameserver" error.
Since the domain was purchased through Cloudflare Registrar (not an external registrar), shouldn't the nameservers be automatically configured? I can't access DNS management at all.
Has anyone experienced this issue? How can I resolve it?
