Slow Ethernet Speeds?

I ran an Ookla speed test, and my PC that is connected to ethernet via powerline does 78.33 Mbps download speed, while my phone connected via WiFi does 201.42 Mbps.
The powerline adapter should do up to 2000 Mbps, and the ethernet cable connecting the powerline network to my router might be up to 1000 Mbps.
I would test my PC’s WiFi capabilities but my cat is on my lap rn
