KDE completely freezes, SSH works

Hi everyone, I've been facing a problem recently. In this particular case I have:
- 4 terminal Windows, the heaviest is a distrobox downloading an LLM model
- 9 Firefox tabs
- VS Code Flatpak open
My hardware is AMD 5600x, 32gb DDR4, 9070XT
Sometimes the whole desktop freezes, completely random. I thought I was fucking up something with Ollama, but last time I enabled SSH.
This happened again 10 minutes ago, and while my PC is still frozen - visually - SSH works and I can interact with the computer.
I tried restarting Plasma with
+ pkill -9 plasmashell
+ systemctl --user restart plasma-plasmashell
But it still isn't working.
What can I look to see what the cause of these freezes? This is really bothering me lately, and I'm all up for fixing it.
