Consistent packet loss

Im currently getting an issue where I am getting 1% packet loss every few seconds. It is extremely annoying as it happens every single gunfight, and either messes up my counterstrafe or lags back my crosshair half an inch making me die. Im on ethernet, get 15-20 ping on pretty much every single east coast server, and have a 3070 and 5500x. This only happens on valorant and im not sure if its a network problem as i have a 1gbps internet connection
