cant launch val for shi

reinstalled valorant recently, everytime i launch it, the loading bar ALWAYS GETS STUCK IN THE SAME SPOT. I have tried everything, deleting and reinstalling both the game AND the client. I've done the vgc services.msc stuff, ive done the whole .OLD thing, nothing works. Some help would be apprecieated.
