Chrome colors are in high contrast on second monitor

Hello I am having an issue where if I open a chrome instance on my main monitor the colors look good but when I drag it onto my second monitor they become high contrast and im not sure why or how to fix it. This issue seems to go away when I turn off GPU acceleration but I would like to keep that setting on if theres a fix for this. See screen shots for monitor specs and a visualization of the problem. Let me know if there is some more info I can give to help solve this problem or things to try. Thank you.
