Stalker 2 crashes every 30 seconds

When it runs its butter smooth on epic settings, but then gpu usage spikes to a 100% and it crashes. I'm on nvidia 4070ti super R7 7700 and 32gb ram.
I've played only for ~2hrs and the further I go the more frequent the crashes are, now its like every 30 seconds literally.
Gemini led me to finding out about "Xid 109". Ive tried lowering settings, switching dlss to tsr, setting a frame rate lkimit to 120, changing proton versions, verifying files and adding a bunch of launch options that were supposed to kill ray tracing and some stuff
