Black screen on reboot - Bazzite 43

I just installed Bazzite on my 5600x / 5060ti rig yesterday, and I have issues on reboot in general.
Whenever I reboot, I end up with a black screen with no way of interacting at all.
I am not sure which logs to look at to even start investigating the issue.
I have the Bazzite Gaming Mode image installed, and it works fine if it boots from power off state.
I also tried registering the secure boot keys and enabling Secure Boot from UEFI, but that didn't resolve the reboot issue.
