Billing issue: Unable to upgrade plan due to Vercel-linked billing
NeonI want to upgrade from the Free plan to the Launch plan, but my billing is associated with Vercel. I no longer use Vercel — I deploy the app on a VPS now.
When I try to upgrade the plan through Vercel, I always get a checkout error.
I need to move to Neon standalone billing/management (or something similar), since my free quota is close to 100% and i need upgrade the plan
