Unable to Recover My PUBG Mobile Account Linked to a Blocked Twitter Account

Hello, I hope everyone is well. I need help recovering my account.The thing is, I had access to my account through Twitter, which was blocked in 2019 and there was no chance of recovering it.
My PUBG Mobile account is still there with the same name and ID I had before.
I filed a complaint with the game's support team, but they're asking me for things I don't remember, or if I've logged into the game or loaded in-game coins in the last 6 months, which I've never done.
I have screenshots from that time as proof, all this considering it was in 2019. Now I want to play, but from my real account
Is there any chance I can get it back, or is there really nothing left to do?
