Enabled storage template engine but most mp4 files were not moved

Hello. I would just like to ask for help. I was previously using immich version v1.135.3 and just enabled storage template engine. Started the job to migrated existing assets and waited for it to finish. I noticed there are still files that were not moved to the respective year/mm/dd folder. I noticed all are mp4 files. I researched and found a thread were it seems like a limitation of the version so i upgraded to the latest v2.5.2. The upgraded was a success but when i tried the storage template migration, it still finished but did not move the mp4 files for all users.
I reviewed logs and found multiple errors pertatining to unable to complete move file but i backtracked and this file has been successfully moved. I searched the entire logs and also no .mp4 file extensions.

Am i missing something? What can I do for the remaining mp4 files to be moved? Thanks for anyone who will respond and help.
