Registrar provisioning failure

I purchased japan-convert.com via Cloudflare Registrar, but the domain was never successfully provisioned at the .com registry.
Current symptoms:
- nslookup returns NXDOMAIN for japan-convert.com
- Cloudflare dashboard shows “Invalid nameservers”
- The domain STILL appears as available for purchase in Registrar search
- No DNS records can resolve because the domain does not exist at registry level
This indicates the domain creation transaction failed or stalled.
Request:
Please escalate to Registrar backend and re-submit / repair the domain registration so it becomes active at the registry level.
