2.4GHz issues with Keychron K2 HE

I just purchased a Keychron K2 HE and it refuses to pair with its 2.4GHz dongle under Bazzite. It pairs without issue under Windows 10. Does anyone have any experience with this issue? Any advice? I'd love to keep this keyboard but if I can't resolve this issue I'm gonna have to return it.

Also open to suggestions for nice keyboards with a 2.4GHz that are plug and play.
