My audio is broken.

before i start valorant and watch youtube on another tab its normal but when i turn on valorant the audio is so low and its a different tone. i dont know how to explain but sounds like an old headphone speaker. i literally got "SONY 1000X series | WH-1000XM6 Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones" so i know well that it is not my headphones. please help me fix it its ruining my head, dont tell me to uninstall and install again already did that.
