NeonDB compute stuck in SUSPENDED state – unable to connect or run queries
Node.jsMy Neon database compute endpoint is stuck in SUSPENDED state and won’t resume.
When I try to connect using the SQL Editor, it shows:
“The compute isn’t available yet. It may be transitioning or not ready.”
Even a simple query like:
SELECT 1;
fails, and tables cannot be retrieved.
I’ve already tried:
- Refreshing the dashboard
- Different browser / incognito
- Disabling VPN

It looks like the compute is stuck and not becoming ACTIVE.
Can someone from the Neon team please help check or restart this compute?
