Gameplay stuttering

Hello, recently I've been noticing a lot of stuttering when I play on fullscreen (native or other resolutions), it becomes less noticable when I play Windowed Fulscreen. The background apps I have are discord and spotify. I don't have g-sync, or v-sync on in Nvidia Control. It's really bothering with my gameplay if someone could help me that would be greatly appreciated!
