Email verification: is this a scam?

Initially I thought this was a scam, but firstly I’ve got WHOIS protection on and I’m pretty sure my email is redacted? Furthermore I did recently move this domain from another registrar to Cloudflare, among others. Information online appears to be conflicting as well.
