Upgrading storage/subscription ahead of renewal
Photos✅SolvedHi folks, finally bit the bullet and started to move my GPhotos collection to Ente yesterday. However, I realised that I have underestimated how much storage I'll need to buy, in terms of how the Takeout folders get split. I just got the 200GB plan yesterday (via iOS), is there a way to bump it up to the 1000GB plan without having to wait for a month? Thanks!

Yes, you can upgrade your storage plan immediately. Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately, and you'll pay the difference, with credit for any unused time on your old plan. A new renewal date will start from the upgrade date. You can learn more in the Storage and Plans FAQ.
If you purchased the subscription through the iOS App Store and are having trouble with the upgrade, you can request a refund from Apple for the App Store purchase and purchase your subscription directly from web.ente.io. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Ente subscription purchase, select "Request a refund," and choose "It's not working as expected" as the reason.
