I keep getting banned and I don't know why

I first got banned in January of last year for "third party usage" when I swear I have NEVER used any sort of cheats. After the ban, I did a full windows wipe of my computer and waited 4 months for my hardware ban to be up then made a new account just to get banned for the same thing on the new account with ZERO explanation! I then waited until the hardware ban was up once more and recently tried again, just for the exact same thing to happen. Support has given me no information on why I'm getting banned or how to fix it. All I want to do is to be able to play with my friends again, it's been a year. Can someone please help?
