Cron jobs not executing automatically (timer never fires)
Running OpenClaw 2026.2.3 on both a Raspberry Pi (Node.js v22) and WSL2 (Node.js v24) โ same issue on both. The setTimeout() gets called with the correct delay, but the callback simply never executes even though the gateway process stays running normally. What happens: What I checked: Traced through the source โ setTimeout() is set correctly in armTimer() but the callback never fires. Primary suspect is timer.unref() in src/cron/service/timer.ts โ it tells Node.js not to keep the event loop alive for this timer, which might cause it to be silently dropped. Anyone else seeing this?
