Does Neon to Neon Logical Replication double charge network transfer fees?

Hey, my company is looking to upgrade our existing Postgres 15 database to Postgres 18 in the near future and we were planning on leveraging logical replication because the database is roughly 12TB. If we go ahead with that, are we going to be subject to thousands of dollars to transfer out and transfer in across 2 different Neon projects in the same organization?
