Billing Support Request: Unpaid Invoices Waiver

I ran into a bit of a snag with my billing and the console seems to be glitching for me (I can't see "past invoices" in the dashboard), so I’m reaching out here for help.
Long story short: I completely forgot to downgrade my plan for Dec & Jan.
However, my compute usage was strictly 0 during this time (I only used about $1.75 worth of storage).
A bit of context: I’m an indie dev currently between jobs, using Neon mainly to build my portfolio and upskill. I’ve happily paid my bills for the last 9 months to support the platform, but since I'm focusing on practice right now without a full-time income, the subscription fee for resources I didn't actually touch is a bit of a heavy hit for me.
My Request: Since the invoices are unpaid and there was zero compute activity, is there any way we could waive the $19 monthly fees for these two months?
I am 100% happy to pay the storage costs ($1.75) immediately.
I’ve already switched to the Free Tier and definitely plan to stick with Neon for my future projects because I really love the DX.
