Request for Billing Adjustment / Courtesy Waiver

I hope you are doing well.
I’m writing to request a kind consideration regarding a few recent invoices on my Neon account (references: CMRQSQ-00001, CMRQSQ-00002, and CMRQSQ-00003).
I work as a developer at a small company, and I was using Neon for personal learning and side projects outside of my professional work. The usage unintentionally crossed the free or minimal tier, and I wasn’t fully aware that it would result in these charges.
Unfortunately, my current salary is quite limited, and I’m not in a position to afford these costs at the moment. I sincerely request if it would be possible to waive or adjust these invoices as a one-time courtesy.
I truly value Neon as a platform and would like to continue using it responsibly within the free limits going forward. Please let me know if you need any additional details from my side.
