My VALORANT account was suspended for “third-party software.” I already opened a ticket, but the support agent (BlazeFury) just send a copy-pasted reply saying that the ban was correctly placed and that future tickets will be auto-marked as solved.
I’m only asking if it would be possible to send this to a riot dev to look at the logs and thoroughly investigate because I genuinely believe it was a false ban.
Context: About a week after reinstalling valorant, I got banned in both Rust (by EAC) and VALORANT (Vanguard) around the same time, which makes me worry something old on my PC (leftover files/drivers) triggered detections. I genuinely don’t know what to check or how to prove I’m clean.
