I’m writing to request a review of the suspension placed on my VALORANT account.
I was notified that my account was permanently suspended due to alleged use of prohibited third party tools. I want to state clearly that I have never knowingly used cheats, scripts, or any software intended to gain an unfair advantage in the game.
I take fair play seriously and have always tried to follow VALORANT’s Terms of Service. Because of this, I believe the suspension may have been applied in error or due to a false detection.
I kindly ask if you could please re review my account and provide any further clarification regarding the reason for this action.

I wanted to provide additional information that may be relevant to the review.
About a week before the restriction, I tried a third party “FPS boost” or optimization tool to improve performance in games. I did not use it to gain gameplay advantages and was not aware it could violate the Terms of Service. I have since removed the software.
I have never intentionally used cheats, hacks, or scripts in VALORANT.
