Maybe this is a weird question. I am relatively new to menswear, so please bear with me as a noob.
I love leather jackets and the way they look. However, I bought a moto jacket I love, but I feel like it's too heavy to wear indoors. Both because it's only cold enough to wear it indoors 2~3 months a year, and because it's so heavy I get slightly weird looks.
Now my question is, given that I am almost always indoors, are any leather jackets lightweight enough that I can wear them indoors and it's both socially acceptable and not too hot? Some candidates I've thought of (after some research):
- Thursday boots suede bomber (I know the brand is controversial, but with how much I'd wear it it's still gonna last me a lifetime)
- Aero Leathers Pinnacle Horween (is it lightweight enough for indoors? Will it look weird?)
- Falcon Garments or Allsaints suede: these look a lot lighter and more like fashion pieces, though I like them a little less than the above
Any advice or thoughts on these? Should I just give up?
Thanks!
