How do I wipe a game and try again?

I've been experimenting around with Cyberpunk 2077 + Vortex mods + trying to get config files from windows working in Heroic. Long story short, I had everything working (except for settings files) and I did something and now nothing works. That said, I want to wipe out everything, all files, all wine configs - everything, so I can start fresh. What's the proper way of doing that? I'm on CachyOS.
