Email Timeline Not Loading and Showing Error
Issue: Email history not loading for a specific Company object
Description:
One Company object is not loading its associated email history. This issue appears to be isolated to a single Company record. Other Company objects load email history correctly.
Scope:
Affects only one Company object identified so far
No issues observed with other Company records
Environment:
Application version: 1.16.7
All updates have been applied incrementally
Question / Request:
Is there a way to update or rebuild the database data related to GetTimelineThreadsFromCompanyId for a specific Company object to resolve this issue?
Expected Result:
The affected Company object should load its email history in the same way as other Company objects.
Actual Result:
No email history is returned for the affected Company object.
