perma ban awful riot support

does anyone know a better way to get riot support, i have made so many tickets bc i got cheating ban for going like 8/12 in bronze and they get insta closed by some ai that just lies to me

I am writing once again—because despite multiple appeals, I’ve received no meaningful resolution. A few years ago, my account was banned for cheating—though I did not cheat—and I’ve been dealing with cascading bans ever since. Even when I played poorly, your system flagged me. It’s clear that once my account was labeled, every login led to bans. Even my main account—my original, with years of progress—got caught up in this cycle. I am not cheating. I’ve never cheated. If you check the games, you’ll see no suspicious activity. I’m asking you to please escalate this, review my case with genuine attention, and help me restore access to my account. I’m more than willing to cooperate in any verification process you deem necessary, but I cannot accept losing years of effort because of an error. I expect this to be taken seriously. I just want to play fairly again.

this has also been on going for like 2ish years and I have NEVER gotten a full response, I have never cheated and have no idea what is causing the anti cheat to flag me and support hasnt helped once
