Role mention cooldown not working?

Hello, I’m trying to set up role mention cooldown but it doesn’t seem to be working. I’ve set it up in the dashboard and clicked save, I’ve tried the confrig commands. I tried asking the auto bot but it says that’s not even an an option that the bot provides? Kinda at a loss on what else I could do

That means that the highest role that lurkr has is lower in the hierarchy than the role you're telling it to change, which doesn't work
