Help // how to get explanation

Don’t really know where to put this but please guide me to right channel of this is the wrong one
I got banned for 3rd party program for 2 months ago I tried to make tickets to know the reason behind this banned (I did infact not use any program any other than discord or Spotify in the background) Anyhow when I make my tickets they instantly close my tickets with out giving me any type of explanation. Just wondering what is the best way to contact a dev to discuss this with?
Spent over 2.5k euros and would never risk that
The only thing I can think of is I had FL studio open once while playing but does not interfere with gameplay
I would like to come in a contact with someone with experience that can lead me where to go with this situation I’m very clueless what to do and feel I get thrown by the side with no help on my tickets
