Multi-account Discord bot: mentions in guild channel get no response

- OpenClaw v2026.2.17
- Node v24.13.1
- Linux aarch64 (OCI)
- 3 Discord bot accounts via channels.discord.accounts (default, delphine, sella)
- 3 agents bound via top-level bindings
Setup
I have a multi-agent setup with 3 Discord bots in one guild. Each bot is bound to a
separate agent via bindings:

Problem
When I @mention any of the bots in a guild text channel, there is no response. DMs
work fine. openclaw health shows all 3 bots connected (Discord: ok), and the gateway
is active (running).
Questions
1. With groupPolicy: "allowlist" and a guild listed in guilds, should the bot respond
to mentions in any text channel in that guild? Or do I also need to explicitly list
channels?
2. Is there a way to get debug-level logging for incoming Discord messages to see why
they're being dropped?
3. Does the multi-account (accounts) setup have any known interaction issues with
guilds config?
