"David, I've hit a critical roadblock in deploying Max.

When I attempted to use sessions_spawn to initiate Max's session with his initialization task, I received an error: "agentId is not allowed for sessions_spawn (allowed: none)".

This indicates that our current OpenClaw configuration has a policy restriction preventing me from spawning any sub-agents using the sessions_spawn command. While I've successfully defined Max and prepared his workspace, I cannot bring him online and execute his initial setup until this restriction is addressed.

To proceed with Max's deployment, I need your guidance. Could you please investigate or provide instructions on:

How to adjust the OpenClaw configuration (e.g., in openclaw.json) to allow me to use sessions_spawn for agent IDs, perhaps by changing allowed: none to allowed: all or specifying Max's ID?
If there's an alternative command or method I should be using to initiate a sub-agent session within this environment?
