My account was suspended for using a third party software

I dont have any third party softwares on my pc. I was playing corrode and i kept getting kicked from the game every 4 rounds or so when it would tell me van -102. I almost finished the game when it got terminated and i was suspended for cheating. I was not cheating in anyway and i need to know what to get rid of so i am not banned the next game. I also need to know where i can contact riot about this issue, i have not been able to find anything about it.
