Advice on routing audio for a 2 PC Setup

Looking for recommendations on what software to use to set up audio for a 2 pc setup. Gaming pc is on windows and the streaming pc will be a mac mini.
What I specifically want is the ability to route only certain audio to my mac mini. For example, if i'm playing a game and am on discord and teamspeak, i'd like the ability to just send the game + discord or game + teamspeak audio over to the mac mini for streaming.
I first found Elgato WaveCast but that's windows only. Voicemeter Banana also came up in my research but I saw some people complaining about audio delay? I also saw that obs teleport might be an option. Honestly haven't done a lot of research on this one but figured i'd ask for recommendations before I attempt something and it turns into a dead end. Thanks!
