Not receiving verification codes

My friend has just hit ascendant and riot is making him verify his account, yet when he tries to log in it makes him have to put in a verification code, yet he does not receive any. He has checked all other emails, his spams, junk, trash, everything. He has also submitted a ticket but no answer and even asked the ai for riot to help but nothing. Please help
