Not receiving verification codes
I’m seeing mix reviews on multiply Reddit posts saying how it took more than a few months to get it resolved. https://www.reddit.com/r/riotgames/comments/s8gc50/not_receiving_email_verification_codes/
Basically, I’m not receiving any verification codes to my email for this account. I’ve already checked spam/junk and searched my inbox, nothing shows up.
I previously had two-step verification enabled, but I deleted the Riot Authenticator app because it was causing issues when trying to play ranked. Since then, I haven’t been able to receive verification emails at all.
I’ve submitted a support ticket, but I’m worried I won’t be able to see or receive any emails from Riot Support if the email system itself isn’t working on my account. If anyone has experienced something similar or knows how to make sure Riot’s emails come through (whitelisting, alternate contact methods, etc.), I’d really appreciate the help.
