Hello! I manage a few domain names and sites for people / businesses / non profits. I have one client who is wishing to migrate service away from me and take it on internally. They asked me to transfer the domain over to them, and I have their account ID, but the domain is "administratively locked." This may be an artifact of some nefarious stuff I was dealing with about 10 months ago, but that has all been resolved. I opened a ticket with CF support on 2/2/2026 and followed up / upgraded its priority on 2/9/2026. The ticket remains untouched and, as it has been over two weeks, the client is understandably frustrated. Is there any way to get this prioritized and actually looked at? I can DM a mod specifics like case numbers or something, but I was hesitant to put them here publicly. Thanks!
