Thank you for your manual review. However, I must clarify that during the dates you mentioned (January 30th and February 1st), my account was HACKED/SCAMMED and was not under my control.
I only managed to recover my account on February 2nd after a lot of struggle and expense. The cheating activity detected was done by the hacker who had illegal access to my account, not by me. As someone who has invested a lot of money into this account, I would never risk a 10-year ban by using cheats.
I kindly request you to verify the Login IP addresses and Device IDs for those specific dates (Jan 30 - Feb 1). You will see they are completely different from my usual login information. I am a victim of account theft, and it is unfair that I am being punished for a hacker's actions.
