I keep getting a a Screen casting icon in my system tray?

Started showing up the other week after an update. Reloads every time I restart. I cant tell what is starting it. I don't see any internet traffic from it so I don't think its doing anything but maybe I am wrong? The only thing I can do when I right click it is END. Cant open any program that its linked too or open any settings. I am kinda worried and a bit annoyed by it.
