New domain registration failed, but I was billed and the domain shows up in my dashboard

Hey there! Here is a weird one... Last Friday I tried to regsiter a new domain. First attempt failed for some reason so I retried, and even tried some alternative payment method (Paypal vs CC). The payment went through and I can see the domain in my dashboard, though it seems to be pending NS propagation.

I got an email saying that the registration was unsuccesful, which I thought was related to the 1st attempt, but apparently the regustration didn't really work at all.

Checked in ICANN and cf.sjr.dev and it says the domain is not registered. Oops!

PayPal and my CC app show the amount is reserved, not completed, so I assume this transaction is in some kind of limbo.

I tried raising a ticket in https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/requests but I get redirected to a "cannot locate dashboard account" FAQ page: https://developers.cloudflare.com/support/troubleshooting/general-troubleshooting/cannot-locate-dashboard-account/?ErrorCode=41&ErrorDescription=Execution+error&ErrorDetails=DML%3AInsert+failed.+First+exception+on+row+0%3B+first+error%3A+UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION%2C+portal+account+owner+must+have+a+role%3A+%5B%5D
