Issues with mic in heardphones in Lenovo LOQ (Laptop)

Hello, I just switched to Linux very recently and the truth is everything is perfect, but I have a small problem when connecting headphones, the microphone that my Laptop has is deactivated, I suppose to take the one from the headphones that I lost, but even though the profile is in Duplex and I have executed codes with Ia, I couldn't get it to take the one on my Laptop or update from System Update, I hope someone guides me in my desperation
