Hi, I’m hoping someone can advise.
I signed up to Cloudflare using GitHub SSO. When I first authenticated, GitHub exposed an old email address which is now set as the primary email on my Cloudflare account.
I no longer have access to that email address.
I still have:
- Full access to the Cloudflare account via GitHub SSO
- Full access to the associated GitHub account
Because the account email is outdated, I can’t:
- Verify email changes
- Enable 2FA properly
- View support ticket responses (since they go to the old email)
I’ve submitted a support ticket, but I’m on the Free plan and don’t have access to the “View My Cases” section in the dashboard, and I cannot receive emails at the old address.
What is the correct process to update the primary email on a Cloudflare account in this situation?
