Bluetooth pairing / connection issues

I have been having loads of issues with peripherals (PS4 controllers, headphones, etc) not automatically pairing no matter how hard i try and i have to manually and forceably forget and re-pair them every single time. Even if the controller just shut off for 5 minutes, it has to be repaired. Is anyone else having this issue in bazzite / linux and how to get better Bluetooth stability?
