No bluetooth pairing works

On my bazzite desktop, I can not connect anything via Bluetooth.
When I turn on bluetooth and try to pair either my Switch Pro Controller or my audio (LE Bose Revolve+ II) the pairing process runs for a few seconds and then errors out with "The setup of ... has failed" (see screenshot).
Since this behaviour is the same with both devices, I assume its a problem with my system, not with the basic hardware/bazzite compatibility.
