Mid-cycle upgrade to Launch Plan: How is existing usage billed?

Node.js❓QuestionIf I have used 80 CU-hours on the Free Tier and upgrade to Launch 2 days before the end of my cycle to cover a small network overage, does the 100 CU-hour free allowance still apply to my past usage for that month? Or will I be billed for those 80 hours at the Launch rate ($0.106/hr) because I am now on a usage-based plan
