Screen Blinking black

I have installed a fresh bazzite on a laptop (nvidia GPU, RTX 40460)
Using KDE and got the iso from bazzite website.
On my laptop monitor everything is fine, whenever I plug my TV Screen over HDMI, the TV screen periodically blink a black screen for like a second then back to normal.
I dont know where to begin to troubleshoot that
