Hi, I’m looking for clarification regarding my hardware ban.
I played a few games on the account chaicat#uwu with friends on February 25th–26th. I later learned that this account had cheating activity associated with it, but I personally did not use any third-party software.
What I’m confused about is the timeline. The unban date is listed as May 28, 2026. If the suspension duration is 120 days as I was told that would place the start of the ban/flag around January 28, 2026. I did not access or play on chaicat#uwu in January. February 25th–26th was the first and only time I ever logged into that account.
If the cheating activity was detected around January 28th, I was not involved at that time and had no access to the account. I’m trying to understand how my hardware became tied to an incident that appears to have occurred before I ever accessed it.
Additionally, my personal account (now and forever#20181), which I played on regularly before the ban, is not banned. This adds to my confusion about how this determination was made.
I’m simply asking for clarification and a review of how this hardware association occurred. If there’s anything I can provide to assist, I’m willing to cooperate.
