Problems with ace dragon volcano

Hi, I have upgraded to Dragon Ace Volcano, ao far I am quite inpressed by how much material I can get throught, but I have encountered some issued during printing, especially with PETG. Tge print looks as shows, that was tge worst one yet.

The filament tends to stick to the nozzle, dragging it along and also seep through it even without the extruder moving. I am using BMG direct dual gear.

Also, when printing faster, the nozzle tends to rip out a piece of previous layer and make a hole there. Not during motion over the print but while printing the perimeter itself. I have tried switching different temps (220-260 for petg) and extrusion values but to no avail. The nozzle was tightened twice at the temperature od 280 degrees and it feels tight to me. Also, I am using 0.6 nozzle with melt zone extension.

Any ideas what I could try?
Could be also shitty, filament, have to try that next time I fet home.
Printing around 100mm/s average and 40%fan speed.
